Mission
The mission of the Brooklyn College Esports and Gaming Club is to provide students with the means to compete in esports across as many titles as the student body and school can support. We also seek to provide students at Brooklyn College a safe and inclusive space where they can explore their love of gaming together, learn about the professional aspects of the industry and participate in community events.

Access to play in intercollegiate competition through NECC/ECAC and CLOL/CVAL among other tournament entries.
Access to the Brooklyn College Esports and Gaming Club Discord that provides casual and competitive events both online and in-person.
Ability to gain professional skills from the Esports and Gaming Club staff as well as open professional panels.
Ability to further your goals of entering the esports or video game industries through practical volunteer work experience.

Mission
WBCR is a free-form, non-commercial radio station governed by Brooklyn College students. WBCR's programming reflects the diversity of our student body and their multicultural, socioeconomic backgrounds. Our weekly shows explore the roots and future in all areas of music and culture while staying creative in the face of relentless distractions and boundaries. We can be heard on 1090 AM within the Brooklyn College locality, on our website MyWBCR.com WORLDWIDE. Instead of restricting the station to the Television and Radio Department, WBCR functions also as a club for students to express themselves on-air no matter the major, interest or show format. Our programs cover a diverse spectrum of formats, including Talk, Music (ALL GENRES), Sports, Comedy, Politics, Business, Informational/Community Affairs and more.

As the Brooklyn College Speech and Debate Team, we compete in collegiate forensics (speech and debate) competitions to improve our communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Our passion is to raise up and inspire a generation of students who will be passionate and empowered public speakers. Our debating members engage in various topics ranging from domestic to international political issues. Our interp speakers engage in dramatic interpretation, spoken poetry, and duo performances, to name just a few. We are a well recognized and competitive team, but we welcome ALL new and veteran public speakers. All we ask is you be curious, hard-working, and ready to learn more about what it means to be a public speaker.
